Basic TOS
♡ Character references are preferred, but we can use general reference images if needed, with a potential design fee of $15-45.♡ NJ State tax and Paypal tax will be added to all commission totals.♡ Payments are accepted exclusively through Paypal invoices; no other forms of payment are currently accepted.♡ Payment is required upfront to initiate work. For commissions exceeding $175, multiple payments are possible, with potential increased fees for split payments.♡ Completed commissions may be shared on my social media platforms (Twitter/Instagram/Reddit), unless you request otherwise.♡ Each commissioner is limited to ordering a maximum of 4 commissions at a time to ensure availability for other clients.♡ Additional fees apply for NSFW art, based on your preferences.If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out!
Process
♡ Commissions may take 1-2 weeks to 2 months, depending on complexity. I'll provide a timeframe estimate during our discussion.♡ I'll send a sketch for your approval, with the opportunity for changes at this stage.♡ After confirming the sketch, I'll provide a lined version for your review before adding colors.♡ A flat colored version will be sent for your confirmation. Color adjustments can be made at this stage.♡ Once colors are finalized, I'll proceed to finish the piece with shading and rendering.
Return Customer Discounts
Return Customers:
5%-10% discount based on the type of commission ordered.Referral Discounts:
Customers recommended by previous clients receive a 5% discount on their first purchase.Referring New Clients:
Customers who refer new clients receive a one-time 5%-10% discount, stackable with their return client discount.Discount Stacking:
All discounts, except for Wraith tier discounts, can be stacked with Patreon discounts. The maximum cumulative discount is 40%, unless stated otherwise.

Personal Usage:
All artwork is intended for personal use unless a commercial fee is negotiated.Commercial Usage:

Customers are not granted rights to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.AI Art Generators:
Customers are prohibited from running purchased artwork through any AI art generators or programs.
